Being asked to be a part of a styled shoot is a huge compliment. The wedding industry is saturated with talent – so being hand selected out of a pool of top-notch creatives is ahhh-mazing. Plus, styled shoots provide me with the opportunity to stretch my creative muscles in a way that other shoots don’t.
Last year, Franciscan Gardens expanded their venue, adding a ballroom with so much charm. I mean, any time there is a vintagey-looking brick wall involved – you know it’s going to be charming, right? And, don’t even get me started on the warm, wood planked floors. Swoon!
This was a massive construction project, but the owners of Franciscan Gardens truly value their clientele and want them to have the best of both worlds. Now, couples getting married there can enjoy the gorgeously crafted outdoor space AND this new indoor ballroom.
When Aimee from Confetti Skies asked me to be part of this shoot – I was all about it! She designed the loveliest vision all around a Tuscan Wine Country theme. I’m not sure about you – but looking at the photos below makes me want to pop open a bottle of vintage cabernet – asap! And, I’m looking forward to shooting many more weddings here!
This entire styled shoot was featured over at Southern California Bride – so make sure you check out the full article! For a full list of vendors that participated in this shoot – and to see just a few of my favorite photos – keep scrolling.
