I’m convinced that the key to archiving anything in life requires dedication, a sense of humor, comfortable shoes and a good playlist (not in that particular order ;)).
I’ve been struggling to get back into my running routine, and after a few weeks off, I need more motivation then usual. Mostly because I know how much that first run is gonna hurt, how quickly fatigue will set in, and how much I’m gonna want to give up! So I turn to my playlist, with hopes that fast paced rhythms and loud lyrics will be enough to drown out the doubt in my head and push through the pain!
Any suggestions to what I should add to this mix? I need all the help I can get! :)
