Later in life, when I reflect back on 2017, I’ll remember it as the year of new beginnings. Obviously, the birth of my son has been the biggest change, but I am also over the moon in love with my new Tustin office space. My lease for the old office space in Costa Mesa was up for renewal in 2017, and I was really torn about what to do. Not knowing how motherhood would affect my work hours (let alone my ability to get dressed to make it to a physical office) I thought briefly about working 100% from home. But then, this beautiful new Tustin office space presented itself and, well, made the decision pretty easy for me!
After the decision was made to lease this space, I was pretty crunched for time to make the move happen. Two days before I went into labor, we were packing up the old office and moving to this new Tustin location. It was pretty wild but honestly, considering our son was overdue, it was a welcome distraction!
New Tustin Office
After my maternity leave ended, I was eager to get into my new Tustin office space and decorate. And let’s face it, as a mother of a newborn, I spent a lot of my nights Pinterest’ing ideas. I’m just loving how it all turned out!
If you know me, you know my style is clean with a touch of modern, so the accessories and furniture really helped to personalize the space. Golds, woods, geometric patterns. Yes. Please.
The location and decor potential of this space all contributed to my decision to lease it…but, my absolute favorite part about this new Tustin office has nothing to do with either of those things. What I really love is that I get to share the space with two of my favorite event planners Pure Lavish Events and Confetti Skies. Seriously, sharing a space with such incredible creative talent is such an honor (and a motivator) for me!
