It’s not often that I photograph the same venue two times in one year- let alone twice in the same month! My clients come from all over the country, and for my clients who are local, Southern California boasts some of the best wedding venues in the west. I was really excited to get the opportunity to photograph this Point Vicente Interpretive Center wedding twice this year! When the location for the nuptials is this fantastic, you certainly don’t complain about having to come back to shoot here. I did feel a certain type of pressure to make each wedding feel unique, but I viewed it as a challenge. Good thing for me (and both couples) I am always up for a challenge! As you’ll see in the images below, this wedding photos are anything but cookie cutter.
Point Vicente Interpretive Center Wedding Photos
I consider myself so so so lucky to work with such fabulous couples. However, every once in a while, there comes along a couple who is literally game for anything. And, I rightfully take full advantage of that! The end result? Jeanette and Joshua standing near a cliff, during a gorgeous SoCal sunset, for jaw-dropping photographs.
I. Was. In. Heaven.
Jeanette and Joshua share a love and respect for one another that just seeped from their pores at their Point Vicente Interpretive Center wedding. Their family and friends showered them with love adoration and, for real, had the most serious dance moves I’ve ever witnessed at a wedding. And, I’ve witnessed a lot! The whole way home, I kept think about how I need to really work on my moves. New Year resolution, perhaps?
In the end, the venue really didn’t matter. It was a beautiful backdrop, but the real show stopper was the bride and groom and their declaration of love. Here’s to an amazing start as husband and wife, Jeanette and Joshua!
