Point Vicente Lighthouse Wedding Photos: Heather and Nate

Oh, Heather and Nate! I can’t help but smile when I think of these two. Not only were they so fun to work with, but they are THE CUTEST together. Seriously. They floated through their wedding day without a care in the world. For all you other couples out there planning your day, this should be your #weddinggoal. Thanks to the masterful help of Serendipitous Events by Julia and Revel Petals this humble Point Vicente Lighthouse wedding venue was transformed into the perfect setting for oceanside nuptials. I left this wedding smiling from ear to ear, and I will always look back on it with fond memories – as I’m sure Heather and Nate will. :)

Heather was stunning and the bridesmaids, all decked out in blush tones, were her perfect accessory. The natural floral greens with small bursts of color didn’t compete with, but instead complimented the view at the Point Vicente Lighthouse Interpretive Center. And the decor certainly didn’t overshadow the love shared by Heather and Nate that was witnessed by their closest family and friends. The fun and funky touches incorporated by Serendipitous Events and Revel Petals at the reception really helped to highlight this sweet couple’s personality. I cannot tell you how much I value a wedding planner and vendors that get the couple and is able to translate that into design. It certainly makes my job that much easier and enjoyable. I’m still swooning over the florals at this wedding (can you tell)!

People sometimes ask if I get tired of photographing weddings. And really, truly, I never do. Each one is unique and exciting because each of my clients is unique and exciting. Witnessing two people, in love, professing their love to the world never gets old in my book. It never will.
