Between all of the holiday craziness and trying to tie up loose ends with weddings and lifestyle sessions, finding time to sit down and edit photos can seem nearly impossible. Throw in trying to plan for my own family this holiday season, and keeping up with the day-to-day needs of Jones and time just seems to disappear.
Can I get an Amen, Mamas?!
However, today I come bearing very exciting news… I am officially caught up with editing! You heard me. Every single session is wrapped up pretty and tied up with a bow! This definitely gets me into the holiday spirit and I’m so excited to share this Tustin Lemon Grove family session with you today.
Tustin Lemon Grove Family Session
As many of you know, I offer fall mini sessions each year. These are some of my absolute fav shoots (for various reasons) but the main one being that 99% of my mini bookings are with past clients. These mini sessions afford me the opportunity to catch up with former brides, grooms, and families. It’s a real treat to see and hear how everyone has grown and how the past year has treated them.
In a perfect world, I would load up your blog feed with every single mini shoot I held this past fall – but that would take months since I shot over twenty! As a compromise, I’ll share a few of my favorite sessions in the weeks to come. Stay tuned!
The faces in this Lemon Grove family session might look familiar to you. Melissa and Matt were first wedding clients, and then I had the opportunity to shoot their maternity session. Shooting their family session was only the next natural step.
I absolutely love this family, plus the fact that our boys are just a couple of months apart makes my connection with Melissa even more special. I can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store for this family!
