Each of my clients is a treat to work with. But every once in a while, there comes along a couple who is just 100% trusting and over-the-top pleasant to work with. When this happens, it really makes my “job” seem like no work at all. Melissa and Josh were that couple for me, and their Vellano Country Club wedding was such a pleasure to photograph.
Turns out, Melissa and Josh were guests at a wedding I photographed a few years ago and I’m so glad they reached out when they got engaged. I absolutely love learning about all the different ways I am connected with the couples I work with. From the moment I first interviewed with Melissa, I knew she was a girl after my own heart. She is confident, bold and very precise about what she wanted out of her wedding. Her main focus of marrying the love of her life was the top priority (as it always should be!).
Vellano Country Club Wedding Photos
The weather at this Vellano Country Club wedding was on point. Crisp. Sunny. Flowers in bloom. My kind of day! Melissa and Josh chose a muted color palette that fell nicely against the backdrop of the country club. And, those blush colored floral arrangements had me swooning! I loved the rustic details, like the wrought iron arching they stood under for their vows.
In addition to the love Melissa and Josh put on display on their wedding day, it was really touching to see all of their friends and family come together to celebrate them. They were such an amazing couple to work with (aren’t I the luckiest?!) and I wish them nothing but a lifetime of happiness together!
