It’s no secret to those of you who have followed my photography business for a while that I love and adore Pure Lavish Events. They are a regular vendor I get to work with – and as a bonus, I get to see them on days I don’t have sessions or weddings because we share an office space! I can honestly say that Pure Lavish Events is one of the most genuine, thoughtful and (no surprise) talented groups in the wedding industry!
All this to say, I didn’t hesitate a second when Carrie, the founder and CEO of Pure Lavish Events, reached out about updating her team’s headshots! It’s always a privilege (and downright fun) to get to work with this group – in any capacity I can!

As a business owner, you can never have enough quality photos of you and your team — but it’s often something business owners don’t find the time for or don’t want to spend the money on. Think of it like this though – your brand is reflected in every image you have on your site. If you put low-quality images up, your brand will look low-quality. If you use unprofessional, personal images that don’t look cohesive – your brand will look unprofessional and unpolished. Professional headshots are a great investment and an easy way to freshen up any brand.
This might seem like a stretch, but I recommend most brands update their images yearly. Think about it like this — how much does your brand grow and evolve in twelve months? Reflect that growth in great professional images! You’ll thank me later.
